Invite a teammate

1. Go to Settings.
2. Under Team, enter their email and choose Team member or Owner.
3. Click Invite. They get an email to choose a password.

Team members can import contacts, send blasts, set up automations and sign-ups, answer replies and download reports. Owners can also invite or remove people and change the HELP reply.

You can’t change your own role, and every company keeps at least one owner. To hand ownership to someone else, make them an owner first; they can then change your role.

Your plan and monthly limit

Settings shows how many messages your plan includes each month. The count resets on the first of the month. To change your plan or add another texting number, contact Dial Raven support.
