Signing in to Dial Raven
Every Dial Raven sign-in page in one place, what your username looks like, and how to set or reset your password.
Each Dial Raven tool has its own sign-in page. This article lists them all and explains the username format, so you can get in on the first try.

| ConnectUC (desktop and mobile apps) | Inside the app | Every user |

Tip: Bookmark uc.dialraven.com in Chrome or Edge. It’s the page you will open most.
Your username
ConnectUC usernames follow one pattern: your extension number, then @, then your company’s domain.
For example, if your extension is 101 and your company domain is acmedental, your username is 101@acmedental.
Your admin or Dial Raven sends you your exact username when your account is created. If you don’t have it, ask your admin.
Heads up: Type the whole username, including the part after the @. Just the extension number on its own won’t work.
Sign in to ConnectUC
- Open uc.dialraven.com in Chrome or Edge, or open the ConnectUC app.
- Enter your username, in the extension@domain format, in the Login box.
- Enter your Password.
- Leave Remember me ticked on your own computer. Untick it on a shared one.
- Click LOGIN.
- When the browser asks, allow ConnectUC to play sound and show notifications. Without these, you may not hear incoming calls.
If your company uses Microsoft 365 and your admin has linked your account, you can click Login with Microsoft instead.
Set your password for the first time
The first time you sign in, you set a password using the details your admin or Dial Raven gave you.
- Open the welcome message from your admin or Dial Raven and follow its link or instructions.
- Choose a strong password you don’t use anywhere else.
- Sign in to ConnectUC with your username and new password.
If you never received a welcome message, ask your admin to check your account or contact Dial Raven support.
Reset a forgotten password
- On the ConnectUC sign-in page, click Forgot your password? next to the LOGIN button.
- Enter your email or username and click Send Instructions.
- Check your email for a reset message and follow the link.
- Sign in with your new password.
Admins can also force a password reset for a user. The user gets a reset email and is signed out of ConnectUC until they finish. On the mobile app, the sign-out happens the next time the app is opened.
Signing in to the Manager Portal
The Manager Portal sign-in page asks for your Login Name and Password. It also has Forgot Login Name and Forgot Password links if you get stuck.
Only users with admin or office manager access can make changes there. If you sign in and don’t see what you expect, your account may not have that access.
Change your password later
- In ConnectUC, click your user icon in the top-left corner.
- Open Preferences, then Profile.
- Under Account Settings, click Change next to Sign-in Password.
Common questions
Can I use two-step verification (MFA) with ConnectUC?
Not yet. If your user account has multi-factor authentication turned on, ConnectUC won’t let you sign in. Contact support if you think MFA was turned on for your account.
Can I sign in with my voicemail PIN?
No. Your voicemail PIN is only for checking voicemail by phone. ConnectUC needs your password.
Can I sign in on more than one phone?
It’s not recommended. Using the same login on two mobile devices can cause missed rings, wrong presence, and missing notifications. Use one phone, plus the desktop or web app if you like.
Is there a faster way to sign in on my phone?
Yes. In ConnectUC on your computer, go to Preferences → Apps for the sign-in QR code under Already have the Mobile App?. Open the mobile app and choose the QR code option on its sign-in screen, then scan. Your phone’s regular camera app won’t work for this.
